Returns / Size exchange

kybun Return Policy

Returns can be sent directly to our logistics partner in Germany. Returns are subject to our terms and conditions. If you change your mind, you can return your goods to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. If an ordered product shows defects or transport damages, we ask you to inform us immediately.

Please send return, including the original delivery note and if possible in the original packaging, to the following address:

Please also note the following points: 

  • The kybun shoes should be returned in their original packaging
  • The delivery note must be included
  • There must be no signs of wear. Otherwise, a deduction may apply. (rental shoes excluded)
  • You would have to cover the shipping costs for returning the shoes. We will send you the requested size at no cost.

It may occur that your kybun shoes do not fit properly to your feet. In such cases, it is possible to proceed with a size exchange under the following conditions:

  • The kybun shoes should be returned in their original packaging
  • The delivery note must be included
  • A note indicating which size you request has to be added
  • There must be no signs of wear. Otherwise, a deduction may apply. (rental shoes excluded)
  • You would have to cover the shipping costs for returning the shoes. We will send you the requested size at no cost.
